PC Leadership shaping up to be a two horse race

Doug Ford and Christine Elliott have either announced, or, are about to announce. The two are personal friends of a degree, and it is likely they will dominate the entire race. Phillips and Mulroney would be smart to withdraw and not run, and instead endorse Elliott. Should that happen it will very quickly become a two way race between two distinct points of view.
