If I make a post on, for random example, August 8th 2004, and the polls do not significantly change between then and, say, January 17th 2007; I will not update the analysis, especially of nothing has changed (same leaders, same parties, same policies, same issues)
In this case all the analysis for the regions without it were either done earlier this morning, in my earlier "text" projection, or in the prior projection.
I am not refusing to provide analysis, I'm letting you know I already did.
