Saskatchewan Prediction

Due to the fact that Saskatchewan is one of the smaller provinces (under 4M population) any math projection would have a great amount of error; as such, this is a "prediction"; meaning that it does not have my usual "stamp of approval" so to speak, but rather, is for fun and entertainment.
